My fashionable eggs

Come al solito alla vigilia di Pasqua, io e mia sorella oggi abbiamo dipinto le uova. Emilia ne ha fatte due: quello a puntini e l'altro con la carota e il coniglino; io le altre tre. Solo una cosa: avete notato le mie due uova ispirate alle fantasie di Prada e Blumarine??? Di gran moda!!! :-)

As usual on Easter's Eve, my sister and I today painted the eggs. Emilia made two: the dot egg and the other with the bunny and the carrot; me the other three. But just one thing; have you noticed my Prada and Blumarine ispired eggs??? Fashionable!!! :-)

Not just an ordinary ceremony

Con la bella stagione inizia anche il periodo delle cerimonie: matrimoni, battesimi, cresime.. e chi più ne ha più ne metta! E chi deve parteciparvi ha sempre e solo un pensiero fisso in testa: avere un abito appropriato all'occasione ma non scadere in un look troppo formale. Benissimo! Ecco l'idea che fa al caso nostro, presa in prestito dal Royal Ascot...

And for people, who have to attend those celebrations, there's just one thing in their mind: having an appropriate dress but not too boring and formal. Great! Jungle fever: a fashion movie

Per l'esamino finale del corso su Photoshop dovevamo elaborare un portfolio moda che rispecchiasse lo stile del tema scelto. Io sono partita dal modello dei poster cinematografici (che adoro alla follia...) che ho poi rielaborato seguendo il tema animalier nelle ultime sfilate e nelle riviste patinate. Di solito è la moda che prende ispirazione dal cinema; questa volta è stato il contrario... 

For the final exam of Photoshop course we had to elaborate a fashion portfolio which had a coordinated style with the choosing theme. I've taken inspiration from movie posters ( I really adore them...) that I've revisited following the animalier trend in the latest runways and fashion magazines. The fashion world often get inspiration from the cinema; this time it happened the opposite...

I don't wanna be a stupid girl

Durante la scorsa lezione di "Moda & Web" è sorto un "dilemma cruciale": cosa serve per diventare famosi blogger di moda??? Il nostro prof. ha giustamente fatto notare che, più o meno, tutti possono diventarlo. Ora vi illustro il perchè...

During the last lesson of  "Web & Fashion"  we talked about a "crucial dilemma": what do you need to become famous fashion bloggers??? Our prof reasonably answered that, more or less, everybody can become it. No w I'll show you why...

A) Non devi essere bella

A) You don't need to be beautiful

B) Non devi essere simpatica

B) You don't need to be nice

C) Non devi avere un look pazzesco

C) You don't have to be fashionable

D) Non devi essere intelligente

D) You don't have to be intelligent

Aggiungerei anche che non devi avere una preparazione adeguata e il quadro mi sembra completo. 

So che adesso tutti mi daranno dell'invidiosa ma vi assicuro che non è così. Il mio è un piccolo e "genuino" blog di moda e attualità che non ha tante pretese se non quelle di dare degli spunti a chi avrà il piacere di leggerlo. Non cerco fama ne fan. Diffondo solo il "Costanza pensiero", sperando che sia il più gradito possibile...

I would say more that you don't need an adequate qualification and that's it.

I perfectly know that everyone will consider me as envious but it's not like that. Mine is a little and "genuine" blog about fashion and current lifestyle that has no pretension excepting for giving sort of  inspiration. I'm not trying to become famous. I'm just spreading "Costanza's thoughts" hoping to do something as much pleasant as possible...

Make-up lesson with Max Factor's Rajan Tolomei

Oggi ho partecipato a una meravigliosa make-up lesson con Rajan Tolomei e, per me che ho la passione del trucco, è stata decisamente una di quelle giornate da appuntare sul diario... beh, sul blog.  Rajan è davvero un fantastico truccatore (ce ne ha dato un assaggio realizzando uno smoky-eyes perfetto in circa 5 minuti... ^_^ ) ma soprattutto una fantastica persona: è stato carino con tutte noi, dandoci consigli preziosi e non tirandosela per niente... E poi, chi s'immaginava che uno dei più grandi truccatori del mondo fosse un mio compaesano???

Today I attended a wonderful make-up lesson with Rajan Tolomei and, for me who I've got a real passion for make-up, it's been one of those days you write about on your diary... well, blog. Rajan is a great make-up artist (he gave us a taste making a smoky-eyes in just 5 minutes... ^_^ ) but most of all a great person: he was so kind with all of us, giving us precious advices and staying really humble... And then, who could imagine that one of the greatest make-up artist in the world came from my town???
